Scientology Tools - Riverside County, CA Conspires with Cult to Deny Rights

So when Riverside Country Supervisors pass an ordinance instigated by Supervisor Jeff Stone's comrades from the local Scientology slave labor compound known as "Gold", who are you going to call when protesters are arrested in the area the Supervisors said would not be effected by the legislation for targeted residential picketing?

1. Tommy Davis, the current favor sock puppet PR jockey for the commercial empire that calls itself a church. OR...
2. The local Cult-friendly County Mounties from the Sheriff's Department.
3. How about Both?

If you guessed option 3, then congratulations - you've been paying attention to what one resident who commented on yesterday as "Chicago-style politics" during the epitome of incompetence that happened when the Riverside County passed Ordinance 884.

Prior to this parade of injustice carried out as the Sheriffs department blocked the entry way to the cult compound, Catherine Fraser pictured above on the right clutching a stack of papers, had made the following remarks during the most recent chapter of the ongoing Riverside County meetings.

I just love this culties use of "vexatious litigant" as she winds up to do her part of spinning the usual Scientology Dead Agenting campaign against their so called "SPs" or perceived enemies. Ironic how the first thing out of their mouthpieces is always accusations of the dirty tricks the organization has mastered themselves decades ago.

Despite having the breaks clamped down on her spin doctoring at the meeting by County Supervisors, it seems that ultimately Catherine would make sure she had the last laugh when the protesters who attended the meeting showed up to peacefully demonstrate their concerns regarding the cult's coercive practices and abusive policies.

Mark Lowell is arrested at Gold Base for doing nothing more than being there. This after the Riverside Board of Supers said we could protest here unmolested. The police went out of their way to nag the small group of victims' rights advocates until somebody got arrested.

The second half of an absurd video in which the police fish around for reasons to arrest people until they semi-randomly arrest Mark Bunker aka Wise Beard Man. AKA Emmy award winning long time Scientology protester who has tangled with them legally before.

As explained in the video above, Supervisor Stone actually got something right for once - ordinance 884 would not be used to arrest protesters as Scientology's armed compound. At least not on this day.

Act Two - Classic Fair Game Showcase

Instead, the cult's guard shack lackey Catherine Fraser made a CITIZENS ARREST on Wise Beard Man and one of his fellow protesters. The same bitch on wheels bent for vengence on the podium at the supervisors meeting that was later clutching a stack of papers while her and Tommy Davis negotiated the day's arrests with the Sheriffs who were blocking their driveway whilest coming to the destructive cult's rescue once again.

Hmmmmm. Makes one wonder just what were those papers Catherine was flailing before she had the Sheriffs issue her citizen's arrest on the peaceful protesters that were deemed to be "blocking ingress and egress of the driveway" according to the cop's allegations before the arrests. The photo below is a blown up version of those documents Catherine was using to brief the arresting officers, click image to enlarge if you wish to verify the simple facts found therein that are summarized below.

Upon closer inspection of this photo, the legalsleeze investigative unit of Anonymous discovered that Catherine's pre-arrest outline included the following information.

Intentional Interference with the Public or Public Employees

California Penal Code § 602.1. (a) Any person who intentionally interferes with any lawful business or occupation carried on by the owner or agent of a business establishment open to the public, by obstructing or intimidating those attempting to carry on business, or their customers, and who refuses to leave the premises of the business establishment after being requested to leave by the owner or the owner’s agent, or by a peace officer acting at the request of the owner or owner’s agent, is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for up to 90 days, or by a fine of up to four hundred dollars ($400), or by both that imprisonment and fine.

(b) Any person who intentionally interferes with any lawful business carried on by the employees of a public agency open to the public, by obstructing or intimidating those attempting to carry on business, or those persons there to transact business with the public agency, and who refuses to leave the premises of the public agency after being requested to leave by the office manager or a supervisor of the public agency, or by a peace officer acting at the request of the office manager or a supervisor of the public agency, is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for up to 90 days, or by a fine of up to four hundred dollars ($400), or by both that imprisonment and fine.

(c) This section shall not apply to any of the following persons: (1) Any person engaged in lawful labor union activities that are permitted to be carried out on the property by state or federal law. (2) Any person on the premises who is engaging in activities protected by the California Constitution or the United States Constitution.

(d) Nothing in this section shall be deemed to supersede the application of any other law.



Freeways and Expressways: Use Restrictions

California VEHICLE Code, § 21960: (a) The Department of Transportation and local authorities, by order, ordinance, or resolution, with respect to freeways, expressways, or designated portions thereof under their respective jurisdictions, to which vehicle access is completely or partially controlled, may prohibit or restrict the use of the freeways, expressways, or any portion thereof by pedestrians, bicycles or other nonmotorized traffic or by any person operating a motor-driven cycle, motorized bicycle, or motorized scooter. A prohibition or restriction pertaining to bicycles, motor-driven cycles, or motorized scooters shall be deemed to include motorized bicycles; and no person may operate a motorized bicycle wherever that prohibition or restriction is in force. Notwithstanding any provisions of any order, ordinance, or resolution to the contrary, the driver or passengers of a disabled vehicle stopped on a freeway or expressway may walk to the nearest exit, in either direction, on that side of the freeway or expressway upon which the vehicle is disabled, from which telephone or motor vehicle repair services are available.

(b) The prohibitory regulation authorized by subdivision (a) shall be effective when appropriate signs giving notice thereof are erected upon any freeway or expressway and the approaches thereto. If any portion of a county freeway or expressway is contained within the limits of a city within the county, the county may erect signs on that portion as required under this subdivision if the ordinance has been approved by the city pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 1730 of the Streets and Highways Code.

(c) No ordinance or resolution of local authorities shall apply to any state highway until the proposed ordinance or resolution has been presented to, and approved in writing by, the Department of Transportation.

(d) An ordinance or resolution adopted under this section on or after January 1, 2005, to prohibit pedestrian access to a county freeway or expressway shall not be effective unless it is supported by a finding by the local authority that the freeway or expressway does not have pedestrian facilities and pedestrian use would pose a safety risk to the pedestrian.

Act Three - The Trap is Sprung!

So as plainly seen the in the typed up dox in the Catherine photos, the cult was well prepared in advance for this confrontation and took great pains to instruct the Sheriffs how to do their jobs. Angry Gay Pope's raid report noted he witnessed Catherine point to the first innocuous protester standing nearby but well out of the way of the overbearing Sheriffs. But one can't help but wonder if Tommy Davis' orders as an executive-level representative of the Scientology Goon Squad included getting an Emmy award winning journalist falsely arrested once again under blatant collusion.

Oh the irony, the Tommy Davis trap to drive off the peaceful protesters from the cult's armed compound backfired big time when Mark Bunker got arrested. Yes you heard me, the trap - was trap!

How so you say? We now have three thoroughly documented cases of the tainted Sheriffs Department collaborating with the cult to do what they do best - suppress society's basic rights when others fail to recognize their totalitarian beliefs as an authority. Yes the list of "whats wrong with this picture" is a daunting to task to tally, but here are a few of the more delicious options that can be pursued.

US CODE: TITLE 18,241. Conspiracy against rights

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured -

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death

US CODE: Title 42,1983. Civil action for deprivation of rights

Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia.

California Civil Rights Act, Section 52.3

(a) No governmental authority, or agent of a governmental authority, or person acting on behalf of a governmental authority, shall engage in a pattern or practice of conduct by law enforcement officers that deprives any person of rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States or by the Constitution or laws of California. (b) The Attorney General may bring a civil action in the name of the people to obtain appropriate equitable and declaratory relief to eliminate the pattern or practice of conduct specified in subdivision (a), whenever the Attorney General has reasonable cause to believe that a violation of subdivision (a) has occurred.

Now granted, any time Tommy Davis the liar shows up, the footbullets of utter stupidity rain down by the truckload. Pity his mother Anne Archer the actress sold his soul to the Sea Org rather than allowing him to go college like a rich, responsible parent who cares for her son's future should... or else he might actually have a clue what is in store for him as party to the corruption of the local police force.

In hindsight, this whole escapade of fail paints Mark Bunker's comments at the Supervisor's Meeting in somewhat eerie deja vu light as seen in the following clip.

Thus, the next chapter of Scientology's Corruption of Riverside wraps up into an entertaining 3 part play, albeit the utter stupidity of is shocking. Desparate cult is desparate. Some highlights from the legendary anti-Scientology attorney and fellow protester Graham Berry are as follows.

I will post at greater length later but the two Marks have been subjected to a citizens arrest for trespassing on what is clearly public property. As importantly, they were arrested in the same location that Scientology's own attorney stated was public property available for picketing. Suffice it to say it is going to be a huge footbullet for the cult and some of the Supervisors. There is talk of a petition to recall Supervisor Stone for a recall election.

This is so outrageous that on the way back AGP and I went to L. Ron Hubbard Way and spent half an hour picketing Big Blue where they all ran inside like rats off a sinking ship.

Anonymous Protest & Questionable Police Behavior - Chapter 0

The ranks of the Anonymous Legion suffered a blow in these final days before the June 14th protest. Commander Stu Wyatt of the Marcabian Killdozer Fleet operating out of the Plymouth UK cell was Fair Game’d and Arrested under the false accusation of his peaceful protest activities being something other than just that- peaceful. He was later charged with separate offenses based on what the police found and confiscated from his home during the arrest. After spending the night in jail where he was treated like animal, Stu was brought court and then released.

As dire as the situation may seem, there was an interesting series of events leading up to this that proves what the anons have being seeing in general: an escalation of force and heightened level of vindictiveness in protester retaliation from the scilon brigades of organized scientology.

Due to this escalation I felt it was time to take a step back and look at all the whole history thus far of questionable police behavior and local authority manipulation toward Anonymous. The following extended playlist includes all of the noteworthy incidents of unsavory cop vs. anon moments in the past 5 months. The latest attack on Stu and the highlights leading up to it are showcased at the end of series with an additional tracklist summary of the most unsettling events listed below.

Please keep in mind these incidents are (so far) the exception to the norm - globally we've had far more positive police support and friendly coordination with anons. But it's not all good and were reaching a large enough quota of incidents this compilation of clips prove beyond any doubt the bad cop moments are not just rare occurrences any more and should hereby be deemed for what it is - corrupt cult retaliation tactics.

• February 10th - Boston, MA USA: The anon who filed the protest permit (Gregg Housh) was falsely accused of personally stepping foot on scilon property and eventually charged with harassment for his role in Church of Scientology demonstrations. His ongoing litigation is being unethically delayed and prolonged at great expense as per classic fair game techniques.
  
  
• February 10th - Dekalb County Police in Atlanta, GA USA: Full riot squad called in to protect the scientology compound. The protesters were bullied and traffic passing by that honkedwere chased down and ticketed.
  
  
• March 15th - Dekalb County Police in Atlanta, GA USA: Two protesters was randomly singled out the crowd for no apparent reason. The young man was then taken inside of the scientology building and arrested, charged with a permit violation and creating hazardous or offensive condition and releaded on bail. The charges were dropped as soon as it came before a judge.
  
  
• May 10th - London, UK: London police served a 16 year-old GCSE school-boy known to fellow anons as "Epic Nose Guy" with a warrant for displaying a sign that read, "Scientology is not a religion, it is a dangerous cult". A few days later, however, the Crown Prosecution Service dropped all charges against the boy and gave the City of London police new guidelines for signs protesting the policies of the Church of Scientology.
  
  
• May 10th - Orlando, FL USA: Protesters were bullied and hounded for just being there, until the police instigated enough tension to spin the situation out of control they flat out threaten the anon who stepped forward as a spokeperson. This was after the initial round of harsh verbal lashing and harrassment showered on the same anon with drive by gangsta style intimidation tactics.
  
  
• May 10th - Manchester, UK: More inappropriate & heavy handed police behavior with an excessively large force of cops. Lisa McPherson pictures were banned and confiscated because "it might cause distress to the scientologists". Then all photographic placards were similarly confiscated. When one of the participants whose sign was taken stepped foreward as spokesperson and politely complained this was abuse, he was told if he continued his argument he would be handcuffed and arrested. Over 100 protesters where then moved away from the nearby vicinity of the org and herded into a side street and treated so harshly their morale was nearly decimated by the antagonistic brutality. One anon who was assaulted and threatened with violence by the GM police has now made a formal complaint in light of the CPS ruling on Epic Nose Guy in London. He also asked Liberty to investigate further, appointed a senior solicitor to review the matter that includes photographic evidence of sinister treatment he endured. The police and major media we recently notified and more details will be featured on this blog once things progress.
  
  
• June 3rd - Seattle, WA USA: A protester is harassed then assaulted and has his camera smashed by a scilon during a flash raid then calls the police. The police show extreme bias to the protesters and fail to even talk to the victims who placed the call aside from chastise them for being in the wrong for recording footage on a public street amongst other things.
  
  
• June 12th - Plymouth, UK: Stu Wyatt arrested at his home on alleged assault charges towards Sandra from the local org but was officially charged the following day with offenses arises from the search and seizure of his property.

Dear sirs;

The encoded affirmation of my previous progress report submitted to intragalactic operation headquarters is hereby acknowledged.

The most recent Anonymous land base demonstration, Operation FairGameStop, was successfully accomplished with much lulz despite having a limited number of foot soldiers available for IRL deployment due to school term final exam season being at hand. Nonetheless, another job well done and the hivemind is actively pursuing ops prep and planning for the next global event when Operation Sea Arrrgh will be activated on earth date June 14th, 2008.

Other smaller albeit pervasive minor ops are also in effect and running concurrent with major public demonstration schedule. Most noteworthy of these include Operation Postcards from Paradise reported in a previously log entry. As well as Operation Dollar Strike II to be covered further in a future entry.

Three imminent concerns lie on the near horizon:

1. The pending court case in Boston Municipal Court previously reported.
2. Exploitation of the target's limited reactive measures with a means to end the onslaught of attorney letters alleging false accusations and threatening unsubstantiated legal actions.
3. A preemptive precedent or two set to establish a basis for eliminating questionable police tactics endured in the initial demonstrations.

The current actions being taken for each of these concerns is as follows:

1. Prepare for Gregg's day in court and wait to see what happens.
2. Assigned to special ops for coordinating large scale comm with media field contact teams. See also kindred addendums attached to this report. The Primary law firm drafting said notices has been identified and linked to known communist activity.
3. Currently under review and advisement welcome.

Protest Retaliation: Questionable Police Behavior

In regards to the latest intel reports, sources have revealed organized scientology's next plan of covert fair game attack will be coming in the form of editing video and sound bite clips into more bogus evidence for falsely reporting ongoing Anon efforts as being something other than the peaceful demonstrations we uphold. Same old tricks, new medium and one we both own and already easily defeated early on so this will be such fun.

Additionally, we've been advised their internal media production team has been enlisted in this action of fabricating evidence that keep failing to find legitimate acceptance in the outside world. The same cloistered minions who have long done similar amateur work within the confines of the castle for manipulating press clips into their internal propaganda used to feed the brain washed inmates ongoing doses of DM's manufatured reality. Comm committees, documentation & legal advisors as well as advanced ops planners are all currently collaborating on several well aimed preemptive measures. Expectation is that we will likewise easily exploit this lame attempt at criminal libel to our advantage same as the others, and then have delicious caek! Clearwater Businesses Blantantly Snub Crowds of Patrons, Then Bawl, Then FAIL!

Basking in the wake of four months of glorious Anonymous success, there has come an especially bright moment that's all to telling that times are in deed changing. Shawn Lonsdale would be so proud of us if he was still here to enjoy it because the Scilons in Clearwater, FL are more enturbulated than we could have ever imagined in our wildest dreams!!

A brief walk down recent memory lane is in order here, such that the fond memories of this righteous occasion can be preserved in the following uberclimatic pictorial timeline of events for all to know and enjoy whenever they wish.

February 10th Anonymous arrives on the scene for the first Project Chanology Protest on Lisa McPherson's birthday. Approximately 150-200 people show up to protest the Church of Scientology in the cult's own Mecca.

Shortly thereafter, Scientology accuses protesters of threats and cried fowl for a restraining order against repeat violence. This was despite the fact that the first demonstration being entirely peaceful and police took no action whatsoever to indicate otherwise. This bogus request for injunction was, of course, denied. Their petition was flat out rejected for lack of solid arguments. FLUNK. Try Again.

Just prior to the March 15th Raid, there was the fake Scientology bomb scare ends safely incident. Quite funny actually, except it was a damn shame to see the Scilon's waste so much of the city's tax dollars. FLUNK. Try Again.

The Ides of March rolled around and over 100 people showed up for a repeat performance. The ever growing list of alleged threats and false accusations continued, and still bore no merit thus fell on deaf ears with no "official investigation" ever being announced. LRH's Great Grandson even put in a special appearance to celebrate the C0$ prophet's birthday with the Anons during Operation Party Hard in the scilon holy land. Much caek was had by all at this second peaceful protest whose only aim was to bring about public awareness. Little did we know the Scilons would go to such great lengths to further that awareness with showing the world undeniable footbullet examples of just how incessant their ability to lie really is. Once again, local police dealt with no problems.

However, this is when the usual nazi-inspired discrimination started that they seem so fond of. A lame attempt at casting the town they think they own completely backwards in time more than 50 years to coincide with their aged tech in order to segregate free Americans taking advantage of their right to free speech by posting hateful messages on the Scientologist owned business in the downtown area. You would think the local business owners would welcome an extra 100+ people spending money in their facilities. Instead, they all but locked their doors based on the total bias of the cult's false allegations that had amounted to nothing but hot air that the City Council dismissed in minutes. Considering that the whole battle between Scientology vs. Internet is all about free speech, you would think they would start catching on by now that the more they try to suppress our first amendment rights the more dangerous they look to the world at large.

Next thing you know, its April and Operation Reconnection hits the streets once again with approximately 75 people. This time the Anons were speaking out against against the cult's disconnection policy that destroys families along with the other human rights abuses that have plagued the Clearwater base and elsewhere for decades.

As usual, the scilons were stalking the peaceful demonstrators and trying to uphold their "always attack" mentality to protect their totalitarian existence based entirely on falsehoods. But the Anons doesn't afraid of anything, especially not big evil money-making empires that have practically monopolized their own city-state in Clearwater. So what's a poor Scilon to do when they are unable to deny the constitutional rights of a group of free Americans that finds fault with their many crimes? More prejudice, more discrimination, and more Scientologist owned businesses falling on their own sword to sacrifice profit and revenue for the sake of banning the gathered crowds from spending their money in the scilon establishments. It would seem that maybe they need to start fabricating their own money since good old US$ aren't good enough for them.

The never-ending string of unrequited claims of terroristic threats and impending violence kept up all through April and on into May where the focus on their Fair Game practices made the entire situation an ipic irony of lulz. Locals report the no-anon signs weren't quite as prevalent as time went on, but a few still lingered here and there. Seems maybe the local scilon business were starting to miss the money they usually make on a Saturday, or perhaps the downstats at the org were adding up enough that some needed the extra foot traffic the protesters pull in to stay on course. We keep telling them to expect us and that we're not going to stop. But they must be out-comm and not hearing us because before you know out, their back in court to try again! This time the City Council spent two seconds on May 14th before throwing out the petition signed by local scilon businesses complaining that the protests were hurting sales and jeopardizing their livelihood. Gee, perhaps they shouldn't have been so hell bent on turning away crowds of paying customers away if they needed money.

In all fairness, we must admit it was mighty nice of those scilons to give us a list of all their names on that oh so fine petition of theirs! Based on the C0$ long dark history of Black PR, it's comforting to have a list of zealots actively supporting their practices for future reference. After all, intel is always a good thing - never know when it might come in handy.

So both the "no anon" signs AND the petition were lame ploys of the scientologists to try to STOP the anti-scientology protests. Both were based on more lies, no substance, and went nowhere.

Good thing we raised our flag early on and got that out of the way, because we now own Clearwater and the scilons haven't figured that out yet. But please by all means, keep putting up those segregation signs in order to help us easily identify your avid supporters AND enlist the ACLU on our side all the sooner.

Meanwhile, the local non-scilon community began to come together. A community that has long been outnumbered, outmaneuvered and outspent to the point where little hope remained prior to the protests that the occupying forces of hostile cultists would ever be put in their place. They surely had seen enough long ago to know all to well SOMEBODY had to do something. Anonymous has done that magic sumthin-something, so what if they wear masks and act like a roving carnival. Therefore, in response to the underhanded scilon business owners banning together to help withhold knowledge of the church's dirty little secrets, a new alliance is being formed at ScientologyInClearwater.com. This site aims to expose what Scientology is doing in Clearwater and highlight the negative impact it is having on the local community. All local residents, visitors, and businesses who are concerned with ending the takeover of their lovely town are invited to stop by and stay informed on the C0$ current plans, the properties they own, and the businesses that support their campaign to manipulate and control everything insight. Knowledge is a form of freedom, and we encourage the locals to take advantage of the free information featured on this new site until the worldwide anon forces have sufficient time to undo a few things down there that need addressed.

Pay Attention Clearwater Scilons. You are playing right into our hand oh so nicely, and showing your true colors for the entire world to see. THIS is setting a fine example for other communities to recognize all too clearly what happens when the Church of Scientology moves into a downtown area. Dear sirs;

The encoded affirmation of my previous progress report submitted to intragalactic operation headquarters is hereby acknowledged. The questions posed for clarifcation are covered in the attached media enclosure communique as per standard long distance stealth ops procedures.

All fronts of attacks are coming together cohesively and as the recent station commanders stats indicate - the anon collective is most definitely upstat in comparison to preliminary quarterly projections.

There is one major area of concern that requires critical attention; the charges against the anon being legally persectured in the proceedings in Boston Municipal Court against Gregg Housh. Similar Fair Game attacks on other factions of Anonymous protesters elsewhere by the Cult of Scientology have been executed to a state of MORE FAIL by the suit wearing demons known as Latham and Watkins.

But not so with poor Gregg in Boston who is the current Co$ target of their ongoing billion-dollar annual budget for never-ending litigation attacks against any threat whatsoever to their corrupt power base. The collective is currently rallying resources, gathering documentation and mustering appropriate response teams in this matter, but the outlook is still questionable at this point in time. If by chance you can aide in garnering assistance of the ACLU or other higher authorities on Gregg's behalf, it is our recommendation this above all should be the upmost priority since the fear of the Co$ History of Judge Tampering is a rather uncomfortable thought for us all and we really do have bigger & better priorities to worry about right now.
